1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the NestAbroad website and platform operated by NestAbroad Ltd (“NestAbroad”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

NestAbroad is the technology layer that coordinates accommodation discovery, local-currency payment presentation and arrival support. NestAbroad is not a bank, payment institution, landlord, letting agent or insurer.

2. What we provide

We provide a platform to discover verified accommodation, request bookings, view a monthly payment schedule, and request selected arrival services.

Accommodation is provided by suppliers. Regulated money movement is provided by a licensed payment partner. Specialist services such as guarantor support, insurance, airport transfers and eSIM are provided by named partners, subject to their terms and eligibility.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Certain features require a verified email and phone number.

If you are below the approved self-service age, you must use our assisted, guardian-consent process.

4. Bookings and payments

A booking request is a versioned snapshot of the terms at the time you submit it. A booking is confirmed only when the accommodation provider records their response.

Payments are processed by a licensed payment partner. NestAbroad never stores your card or bank credentials. Where protected-funds arrangements apply, the partner holds and releases funds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Suppliers and partners are responsible for the services they provide.
